Welcome to our super quick breakdown of this week's UK's Official Top 40 Film on Video Chart.

Here's The Top 5:

The Hobbit - The Desolation of Smaug remains at number 1

Walking With Dinosaurs - The Movie is new at number 2

The Hunger Games - Catching Fire is down 1 to number 3

Gravity remains at 4

The Harry HIll Movie is new in at number 5

Philomena goes out of the top 5 from 3 to 6 and Homefront drops down from 5 to number 9

Here is the Official Independent Singles Chart (UK Independent Singles Top 40) for the week ending 26th April 2014: UK Independent Top 40 Chart - to 26th April 2014

This week's Alternative chart Top 5 news is as follows:

"Tsunami (Jump) "by DVBBS & Borgeous ft. Tinie Tempah is STILL number one. Vance Joy's "Riptide" is up one from number 3 to number 2. "Let Her Go" by Passenger is up again from number 6 to number 3. "Dibby Dibby Sound" by DJ Fresh, Jay Fay and Ms. Dynamite remains at number 4. In at number 5 "The Rains of Castamere" by Sigur Ros. That's all for now.

In new at number 1 is The Hobbit - The Desolation of Smaug

The Hunger Games - Catching Fire is in at number 2, down 1

Philomena remains at number 3

Gravity is up 1 from number 5

Homefront is down three places to number 5

This Week's UK Independent "Alternative" Singles Top 40 Chart - [to 19th April 2014]

Here is the Official Independent Singles Chart (UK Independent Singles Top 40) for the week ending 19th April 2014: UK Independent Top 40 Chart - to 19th April 2014

It has been kind of chilly of late and I'm happy to report that it's getting warmer out there! Yes!

This week's Alternative chart Top 5 news is right here:

"Tsunami (Jump) "by DVBBS & Borgeous ft. Tinie Tempah is STILL number one. "Somebody New" by Jakwob featuring Tiffani Juno is new in at number 2. Vance Joy's "Riptide" is still at number 3. London Grammar loses its number 4 spot but is hanging tight at number 5 with "Hey Now". "Dibby Dibby Sound" by DJ Fresh, Jay Fay and Ms. Dynamite makes a comeback jumping from number 7 to number 4.

Here is the Official Independent Singles Chart (UK Independent Singles Top 40) for the week ending 5th April 2014: UK Independent Top 40 Chart - to 12th April 2014

I hope that you had a great weekend. This week's alternative UK chart sees a slight change in the top 2 from last week. "Tsunami (Jump) "by DVBBS & Borgeous ft. Tinie Tempah is still number one. "Your Love" by the late Frankie Knuckles is in at number 2. Vance Joy's "Riptide" is still at number 3. London Grammar hogs spots 4 and 5 with "Strong" and "Hey Now" respectfully.
